I’ve worked extensively with Girls Rock! DC, an organization that works at the intersection of art and activism, providing music programs for young people to learn, grow, and use the power of their communities. Formed in 2007, Girls Rock! DC bolsters leadership, self-expression, and a passion for social change through creative collaboration.

I co-founded the DJ program at Girls Rock! DC, including designing the curriculum and leading DJ instruction at its annual summer camp. I also developed leadership development and arts education workshops examining the history of women in music. I served on the board of Girls Rock! DC in 2019.
